Great prices. One of the cashier was so nice and polite, but the other sales representatives need to work in their customers skills and DO NOT USE THIER CELL PHONES while they are working.

The most friendly staff in an Old Navy, that I've ever encountered! Store was pristine, organized, clean, and just overall beautiful. Helped us find sizes we needed, and even checked mannequin for something we were looking for. Awesome job to the entire staff!

My husband had been shopping there and loved it. Now our son and I love this location too, especially since Children's Place decided to cut their losses and run away with their tails tucked between their legs after the unrest of last year and left paying customers with bona-fide accounts dangling in the wind for exchanges without receipts!!! I feel we've been shown a dissatisfactory amount of customer service when we are forced to visit other Children's Place outlets for exchanges and what not because our location closed. Thank you Old Navy @Marshfield Plaza!!!

The Old Navy experience is 1st class service, professional & willing to go beyond the next to satisfy the customers. I am extremely please with two sale associate Cassandea W. & Cathrise A. On May 3, 2021. The item that wanted to purchase was not in the store in my size and both of the sales associate assist me with solving my problem by offering me a chance to order the product from one of the sister stores to have the item delivered to my home address for the same sale price offered. That's going a step beyond for a customer. I appreciate both sales associates and will continue shopping at Old Navy.

I usually go to the old navy at Chicago ridge, but that's kind of out of my way, I gave this one a try, and I was out in 10 minutes. The majority of clothes was for larger women, mostly skinny jeans, when I like straight length pants and high rise pants. I walked in no one greeted me, they just looked at me and kept on with their conversation. Each store reflects the style of the people in the neighborhood. I don't care for this Old Navy branch and I'll gladly drive to Chicago Ridge.

They were able to help me with a return from my online order that was mailed to me. It was a nice sale going on the day that I did the transaction. They did follow the CoVid-19 procedures. They were prompt & courteous.

Don't have wide range of just black pants without them being skinny jeans. All the employees are working as cashier's so no one is on the floor really to help you. The biggest problem was that they FORGOT TO TAKE THE SECURITY TAGS OFF THE CLOTHES; this is one of the most important aspects of the job! And I didn't notice until I went to put them on at home the next day
